    Along with the constant development of internationalization, universities and colleges in all countries are increasingly entrusted with a mission to cultivate cosmopolites of multicultural consciousness and international perspective. Chinese universities and colleges have the responsibility of cultivating Chinas cosmopolites of three intensions because of their inborn national character and international character.
